Introduction to Concrete (Concrete Worker 1)

  • Jan. 20-24, 2025 at 7 am – 3:30 pm PT

Class Description:

This 40-hour course introduces members to concrete work and covers the following topics; safety and health hazards of concrete work; site preparation; form building and setting; forming systems; estimating concrete quantities; placement and consolidation; and finishing and curing concrete. Participants will gain knowledge and practical experience in the placement and finishing of concrete.

*Personal Protective Equipment Required.
